8: policemen on the street corners chatting and checking out girls

2: high-school couples in uniforms making out at crosswalks 

6.3: miles walked to/from class today because I ran out of Metro money

4: women on the roof of a bank, setting up a Christmas display of giant angels

26: today’s temperature in Celsius, which still means nothing to me

0: people besides me wearing shorts and flip flops

13: homeless men spread out along the street, 1 crawling on his hands and knees

1: hobo who asked me out- “I don’t want any money, I just want to hang out with you tonight.”
